How is Recurring Sale Price associated with Allowance Grant in Balance Management?

Summary:

We've successfully implemented Allowance Consumption using Balance Management. The allowance is granted through an Entitlement Plan, consumed through a Consumption Charge, and overage usage is billed correctly.

We're now trying to understand the recurring fee model described in the Balance Management documentation. While we can configure a Recurring Sale Price and a Consumption Charge, we don't see an Enable Allowance Grant option in the Balance Profile and aren't sure how a recurring subscription fee is linked to the allowance.
