I am getting error while processing new hire life event

getting error -


CloseThere was a problem evaluating benefits eligibility for this person. Try backing out the life event and reprocess it. If that doesn't work, review the audit log and trace files.

even if there is no eligibility profile attached. can anyone help with what could be the reasons.
