Dispatch console resource hierarchy cleanup after Instance Refresh

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have resource hierarchy created in our lower test instance. Hierarchy is not accurate. We have to create fresh hierarchy i.e. resources data in the higher UAT instance. But problem we are facing is when we refresh our higher instance with lower instance using option " copy with config only ", lower instance resource hierarchy is also migrating.

We need option to cleanup this outdated hierarchy, we could not find a way to delete the resources. Or we need a way that while refreshing, resource data does not get migrated.
