How to enable Donation tile in ESS

Summary:

Under M→ Time and absence → Donation Tile

This tile is missing. We have added security role for donation privilege and Admin profile for Donation is also set to 'Y'
I am able to access Donation page through Me→ Show more → Donation and do the transaction as well but Donation tile is missing from the correct path
