Can Oracle Fusion prompt for an OTP when entering Payment work area and/or Payment Approval level?

Summary:

We need Oracle Fusion to prompt the user for an OTP, or one time PIN, at the point of payment activity, in addition to the OTP already required at sign in.

Content:

We have a business requirement to ask users for an OTP at the point of payment activity, on top of the standard sign in OTP. Two scenarios specifically:

  1. When a user opens the Payments work area in Payables.
  2. When a user approves or rejects a Payment Process Request in the payment approval workflow.

We are already clear on standard MFA. We know Fusion supports One Time PIN over Email, One Time PIN over SMS and authenticator factors through the OCI IAM identity domain, and that these are enforced at sign in per user category. That is not what we are asking about.
