+Add Button Missing in Participant Feedback Screen for Matrix Manager

Hi Experts,

We are seeing an issue with Annual Performance documents. When Matrix Manager goes to My Team > Career and Performance, Search for a Team Member and select Manage Participant Feedback option, the +Add button is missing

Please note that MM's are able to request feedback from Global Search and it works good. But it does not get linked to the performance documents. Please advise, if you have any suggestions
