Custom Partner Portal similar to DCS for Service

Does Oracle offer a separate Partner Portal for Fusion Sales, similar to the DCS portal for Fusion Service, rather than having partners access the Fusion Portal with the ZPM_PARTNER_USER_PRIV privilege?

Currently, I’m able to access the Partner experience directly from the Fusion Portal after assigning this privilege.
