OM Business Events are not triggering unless there is a revision

in Order Management

Summary:

We have enabled most of the business events but we see an issue, unless there is an revision on an order, business event is not firing to OIC layer.

Is this expected ? If yes, anyone has found an alternate way to achieve this requirement.

Our requirement is to send the status back to source system when the line status changes i.e created →scheduled→reserved→awaiting shipping→ shipped→billed→closed.

Most of the times, we will not do a revision, hence need a workaround.
