Workforce Compensation – Multiple HRBP Access to Same Employee Population

We have a requirement to configure a Promotion Workforce Compensation Plan where HRBPs will calibrate promotions based on Country.

For example, the US has multiple HRBPs, and all eligible US employees should be visible to each HRBP's Compensation Worksheet. The employees should not be split between HRBPs.

The key constraint is that HRBPs do not have a managerial hierarchy over these employees. They are assigned as HRBPs for the respective country.

Example:

• Country: US
• HRBPs: HRBP 1, HRBP 2, HRBP 3
• Eligible Employees: Employee A, B, C

Expected result:

• HRBP 1 → A, B, C
• HRBP 2 → A, B, C
• HRBP 3 → A, B, C
