Performance Template – Structure Page Not Loading and Greyed Out

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone encountered an issue in Oracle HCM where the Structure page within a Performance Template is not loading and appears greyed out?

Navigation:
My Client Groups > Performance > Performance Templates > TAH End-of-Year Performance Review Template > Structure

When we open the existing Performance Template and navigate to the Structure page, the page does not load and remains greyed out.

Has anyone experienced the same issue, or have any suggestions on what could be causing this and how it can be resolved?
