Can an Occupational Absence Plan be linked to another Occupational Absence Plan?

Summary:

Currently in our system we have our "Sickness" Absence Type linked to 4 absence plans:
Statutory Sick Plan (Qualification Plan managed by Absence Cases)
Occupational Plan A (Qualification Plan with plan term 12 month split, rolling backwards from absence start date)
Occupational Plan B (Qualification Plan with plan term 12 month split, rolling backwards from absence start date)
Occupational Plan C (Qualification Plan with plan term rolling forward from fast formula defined start date)

This is due to a how the system was setup initially.

Plan A and Plan B are near identical in their attributes, so I am trying to merge Plan B into Plan A.
