Issue with Dropship Requisition creation

A value is must for the Price attribute. For master items, you must
provide a price when there's no list price defined for the item in
Product Information Management or a different UOM other than the primary
UOM of the item is provided.

I am facing the same issue both in Test and Dev for same item. I have reviewed the List price for the item. It is available. For the same kind of item where we have UOM conversion , where SO UOM is different from Item UOM .. the orders and POs generated successfully.
