Absences Submitted from OTL Time Cards Automatically Converting to Advanced Absence Mode

Hi everyone,

We have disabled Advanced Entry for absences from the Absence Management side. However, when users submit absences through OTL Time Cards, the absence is automatically being converted to Advanced Mode.

The client does not want to use Advanced Absence Mode, but it is still being triggered when the absence is submitted through OTL.

Has anyone encountered this behavior?

• Is there a configuration that controls whether absences submitted through OTL use Advanced Mode?
• Is there a way to completely disable/prevent Advanced Absence Mode for absences originating from OTL Time Cards? (We have already disabled Advanced entry on all Absence Types)
