How to bring a credit memo settled promotional claim back to open and settle as AP

Summary:

The accruals are settled against manual claim and a credit memo is issued and claim is settled. Now the customer does not want a credit and instead require an AP payment.

Is this feasible ?

Is there a way the settled claim can be brought back to open and the credit memo can be cancelled and the claim settlement accounting can be reversed in channel revenue subledger so that the claim can now be settled as AP ?
