Summary:

Currently, within the Manager Letters section, managers are required to open and download employee letters individually. This process becomes inefficient and time-consuming for managers who are responsible for a large number of employees. Downloading each letter separately increases administrative effort and impacts productivity during high-volume compensation cycles. 

Current Behavior
Managers can view employee letters from the Manager Letters section.
Each letter must be opened and downloaded individually.
No option is available to download multiple letters or all available letters in a single action.
