Configure parallel approval rule for single ICP using position code of approvers

Hi Team,

We need to configure Parallel approval for a single ICP. There are few People out of whom anyone can claim and approve the ICP request.

Currently we have created an approval group with usernames of those users and it's working fine but the requirement is to route the approval based on position codes of these users.

We have 3 ICPs of which other 2 will be self auto approve.
