26C: New AutoSave Feature On Performance Document Issues

Hello all,

I am trying to enable the following new feature:

While attempting to enable it, the common property in visual builder "Control Time-Based Autosave Counter for Comments and Questionnaire Responses in All-in-One Evaluations" does not show. Has anyone run into this issue?

Also, the document mentions "Open VB Studio Express Mode on the performance document page". Which page exactly is this?
