Add a smartlink to the invoice in an Invoice BIP report ?

Summary:

The users want a smart link in an Invoice BIP report which points to the Invoice screen
The Invoice report will go to them in an email. They click on the specific Invoice link and it opens up the screenset.

Wondering if it is possible and what will the sample URL need to look like?
