Is there any solution that can replace the submit operation for skipped receipts?

Summary:

In Fusion, for PO receipts and item be set to inspect 1 out of 100,000,000, there are two case of inspect:

(1) for non-skipped receipts, navigate to Inspect Lines page, Enter Quality Results and then submit

(2) for skipped receipts, navigate to Inspect Lines page, submit directly without Enter Quality Results.

The case 2 is a bit cumbersome for our company, we want to achieve automatically complete the submit operation of skipped receipts. Has anyone done this before?
