Location ID creating in PLANNING domain expected to be created in MASTER domain

Summary:

Location sent as part of Order Release Inbound XML with Int Saved Query is getting created under Planning domain but its expected to create under MASTER. Also the BN Rule is not honnered.

This issue is been identified only post 2nd June 2026 before that it was working as expected.

Here Planning & Master domain are parallel domains.
