Employee Able to Approve Own Time Card from “Created by Me” Notification
Hi Team,
We are using Payroll ELA-based approval for Time and Labor time cards in Oracle Fusion HCM.
Our expected approval flow is:
Employee submits Time Card → Time Card is routed to Line Manager → Line Manager approves/rejects
During testing, we noticed the following behavior:
- Employee submits their own time card.
- The approval workflow is correctly initiated and routed to the employee's Line Manager.
- Under Notifications > Created by Me, the employee can see the Approval of Payroll Time Entries notification.
- The notification correctly shows that the approval is assigned to the Line Manager.
- However, when the employee opens this notification from
