Incomplete Performance History in Compensation Worksheet

I have enabled the Performance History column in the Compensation worksheet. However, the column is displaying only the employee's 2023 performance rating.


Since the column is labeled as Performance History, I expected it to display at least the last 3 years of performance ratings. The employee has completed Performance Documents for all review periods since 2023, but only a single year's rating is being shown.


We have not configured anything in the Configure Performance Ratings task.


Could someone help explain how the Performance History column works? Specifically:


Does it automatically display ratings from multiple review periods, or is additional configuration required?
Is a real-time integration with Performance Management needed for this column to populate historical ratings?
