Subscription AI Agent enabled in Redwood page but restricted to a single subscription inquiry

Summary:

We enabled the Subscription AI Agent in the Redwood Subscription page as part of our testing. The agent is available through the Smart Actions menu within a subscription.

However, we noticed that the agent is restricted to the currently opened subscription and can answer questions only about that specific subscription. If users need information about another subscription, they must navigate to that subscription and launch the agent again.

This limitation reduces the overall value of the AI Agent, since most subscription details are already visible when viewing the subscription record. A more useful approach would be to have the agent available from a common or global Smart Action, allowing users to query any subscription without first opening it.
