Time card dates not updating to match new payroll schedule

Summary:

We moved a few hundred people from one payroll to another. I've made the changes to the time card layouts and HCM groups. I ran the Refresh Group Membership process and see the right components before and after the effective date used. I ran the Refresh Group Membership process to be effective 08.17.26, which is the 1st day of the payroll they were moved to. The 2 payrolls have different dates. The overlapping pay period dates for the original payroll are 08.07.26-08.20.26. The pay period dates for the payroll they were moved to are 08.17.26-08.23.26. Again, I can see all
