Summary: I cannot create an Oracle Cloud Free Tier account because sign-up fails with a false "you already have an email address using another account" error. SR 260808-000333 was filed on 8 August 2026 and has had no response for 10 days.

Hello,

I am unable to create an Oracle Cloud Free Tier account and would appreciate help from anyone who can route this to the right team.

PROBLEM

When I complete the sign-up form at oracle.com/cloud/free, the process fails with: "Sorry, an error occurred while creating the account. It seems you already have an email address using another account."
