"Predicted Win Probability and AI Lead Score" is not working

Details:

  • The ML model has been built and deployed successfully.
  • All required criteria, configurations, and scoring rules have been defined.
  • During model validation and review, the expected prediction data is visible and appears to be generated correctly.
  • However, the Predicted Win Probability and AI Lead Score values are not displayed on the UI panel.
  • We verified the configuration using the Inspect tool and observed that the evaluation result is returning false.
  • Due to this, neither the prediction score nor the lead score is being surfaced to end users.
