We have a requirement that if an employee is promoted, then it should go to Comp Manager for approval and it should go to Budget Manager as FYI. We have managed to achieve this requirement and is working fine for those employees who have a budget manager. However, the problem is that for those employees who do not have a budget manager, it is failing. We have created this budget manager as a manager type and added it on employee assignment. Not all employees have budget manager. Is there a way we can add something in the condition so that
