How to customize the Journeys Notification FYI Message

Summary:

Currently when a Journey is Assigned to the Manager the below FYI notification is displayed. There is a requirement where in we need to reframe the notification FYI message.

We need to reframe this FYI message to below:

"Reminder: Please review and assign  the Meta Competency skills for [Employee Name]. Add any new relevant skills and update the proficiency level."

How can we achieve this?.
