Hello,

I am trying to create an OCI Free Tier account from Brazil, but the signup fails immediately after successful card verification with the message: “Sorry, an error occurred while creating your account.”

My Mastercard was successfully accepted and verified. Oracle authorized a BRL 5.24 verification transaction, and my bank confirmed that it was approved.

I have already contacted Oracle Support and replied to the incident email, but I was informed that the transaction could not be resolved or processed.
