Time Change Request notificiation is showing project id instead of number

Summary:

Hi,

We are using OTL with projects and when the time change request is submitted for approval , in the notification project id , expenditure type id, project unit id ..All ID's are populating instead of name.

Could you please suggest how to correct it.
