Absence Records Option Not Available in Person Management

Summary:

Hi Everyone,
I am trying to check an employee’s absence records through Person Management in Oracle HCM. However, under the Absences section, I do not see an option to view the employee’s absence records.
I have attached a screenshot for reference.
Could someone please advise:
Where can we view the absence records from Person Management?Is there any specific role, privilege, or security access required to make the absence record option available?Is there any configuration that needs to be enabled?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
