Fusion to field service Resource sync issue

Summary:

A couple of users were created through the Manage Users task, but their corresponding resources are not being synchronized to Fusion Field Service as expected.

We observed that some resources are synchronized even though they do not have an associated resource role, while other users/resources with an associated resource role are not being synchronized. This issue persists even after running the following scheduled processes:
