Standard WO to OFS Sync (No OIC): Activity Start/End Times Defaulting to 12:00 AM and 12 AM+duration

We are testing the standard Work Order to Oracle Field Service (OFS) integration without using OIC.

The sync successfully passes the Activity Date, but completely ignores the time component. the start default to 12:00 AM and end time defaults to start time (always 12 AM) + duration in OFS. Because we are not using OIC, we cannot modify the payload mappings ( for creating service work orders)

We have tried populating:

  1. Requested Date, Requested Start Time, and Requested End Time
  2. Scheduled Date, Scheduled Start Time, and Scheduled End Time

Our requirement is to pass a strict time window so the OFS routing engine only searches for the best resource within that exact requested time slot.
