Manual SO creation working fine for a set of data but for same set FBDI import not working

Summary:

Manual sales order creation working fine for a set of data but while doing FBDI import the same data is not working.

Manual sales order able to fetch pricing properly based on Customer Class. However, the same not working using FBDI.
Could you please confirm anyone faced similar issue earlier like this.

Below is the error message getting
Order management did not import source order zzzzz_1 because of the following error: The pricing for the transaction couldn't be determined from customer pricing or from a pricing strategy based on a segment..
Number of orders that were imported: 0. Check the run time user interface for processing status.
