Ability to Hide/Enable AI Assist Button Based on Country

in Performance Management

Summary:

We would like Oracle's guidance on controlling the visibility of the AI Assist button in Performance Documents based on specific countries through VBCS.

Navigation

Home → My Team → Performance Documents → Select any previous-year / Current-year Performance Document for an employee.

The Performance Document should be in In-Progress status for Manager Evaluation.

Under Overall Summary, next to three-dot (⋯) menu. The AI Assist button is displayed.

Requirement: -

The business requirement is to:

  • Hide the AI Assist button for employees/managers belonging to two specific countries.
  • Enable/retain the AI Assist button for the applicable countries.

Is it possible through VBCS? or is there any alternative approach for this requirement.
