Upgrade APEX 24.2 to the latest APEX 26.x release.

Hi Team,

We are currently running Oracle APEX 24.2. During previous upgrades, we used the English-only APEX installation zip file.

We are now planning to upgrade from APEX 24.2 to the latest APEX 26.x release. Can we use the full APEX distribution (all languages) for this upgrade, even though the current installation was performed using the English-only distribution?
