HDL - Error Load Payslips

Hi,

since August, we have problems to load payslips in PROD environment. When we upload third-party pay stubs, we enter the following in the .zip file:

• BlobFiles
• DocumentsOfRecord.dat
• PayrollInterfaceInboundRecord.dat

When we try to load it, the system returns two errors.

The first one, in the DocumentsOfRecord.dat file, indicates that the system is unable to retrieve the document type. We can resolve this error by specifying the DocumentTypeId field within the DocumentsOfRecord.dat file, in the METADATA for DocumentsOfRecord and DocumentAttachment.

When we resolve this error and try to load the file again, the system returns another error, in this case in the PayrollInterfaceInboundRecord.dat file. In this instance, it displays the following error:
