Partial Shipping of sales order is done by FBDI and now partial shipment needs to be done by oracle

Summary:

We have a requirement regarding sales order shipments. The user has already completed a partial shipment through FBDI and is now attempting to ship the remaining quantity directly from Oracle Fusion. However, the system is not allowing the shipment to be processed.

Could you anyone confirm whether there is any alternative solution available? Specifically, if a partial shipment has been completed through FBDI, is there a way to enable Oracle Fusion to process the shipment of the remaining quantity for the same sales order?
