Redwood : Is there any way I can save the attribute combo setting for updating multiple SO lines ?

Summary:
As per the standard practice, we need to update multiple lines most of the time for various attributes which can in redwood. However, is there any possibility to save all attributes for future so it will be quick combo search and update whenever user would like to update these mandatory ones.
Currently, we have to select all attributes one by one on update line screen and this is required every time.
