Calculated Rating Not Displayed When "Use Calculated Ratings Only" is enabled

Business Requirement

For the 2026 Year-End Performance Review process, our organization is moving from manager-manual entered summary section ratings.

Requirements:

  • Use calculated ratings only.
  • No manager manual overall ratings.
  • Update/feed the worker's Performance Rating in Talent Profile/Talent Ratings.
  • Display the calculated rating and decimal score in the Performance Document (in 3 sections Goals, Competencies and Overall).

When "Use Calculated Ratings Only" is enabled and "Display Calculated Ratings to Manager" is enabled, the Talent Ratings page updates correctly but the Performance Document displays only rating description and not the calculated score with decimals (screenshot below).
