FBDI Loading sequence not correct

Summary:

During the mass Sales Order FBDI import, source orders are not processed in a single ascending sequence based on Source Transaction Identifier.

All orders in the FBDI file use the same Source Transaction System (DPMM) and have unique Source Transaction Identifier values. However, the import log shows out-of-sequence processing. For example:

Source Transaction Identifier 9999605 was processed before 7748506.
Source Transaction Identifier 11963979 was processed before 2851386.

The processing order is neither globally ascending numerically nor lexically by Source Transaction Identifier.

For leading zeros potential issue, does it work if users pass the number with quotes? Like instead of 0123456 to pass "0123456".

Users also tested previously with small set of orders and worked fine. Actually for many orders sequence is honored and suddenly new sequence starts...
