How to send email with Out JSON from external system?

Summary:

Hi team,

I was trying to send out an order's source and destination locations from OTM to an email. I've configured external system and want to send it whenever user sends the interface transmission for any order release.

Is there any was to send it? In external system documentation it says, "forwardingProtocol" should be setup properly but there is no forwarding protocal in there.
I've tried sending it in URL param with <email_id>, mailto:<email_id>, email:<email_id> and send interface transmission by HTTP or REST (there is no EMAIL) but doesn't seems to be working.
