Talent Profile not visible for selected Terminated Employees

Summary:

We are attempting to update the qualifications of terminated employees, however for selected terminated employees, when navigating via:

My Client Group - Show More - Talent Profile - Add Filter "Included Terminated Employees = Yes" the certain employees are not appearing

We have tried the following fixes:

  1. Create the talent profile by navigating via the non-redwood method.

Person Management - search record - Actions - Personal and Employment - Talent Profile - Add in some information and save - then try and search via the Redwood method detailed above but this failed

2. Run a one off scheduled job "ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCSI. This had no impact
