OTM - Contact user preference does not work

Summary:

When configuring the OTM Contact User Preferences for WEIGHT and VOLUME, the selected units of measurement are not reflected in the email notifications.

The contact preference is configured to display:

• WEIGHT in KG
• VOLUME in CUMT

However, the emails continue to show the OTM standard units of measurement:

• WEIGHT in LB
• VOLUME in CUFT

We configured the Contact User Preferences in OTM so that the user should receive weight and volume information in KG and CUMT.

Despite this configuration, the email notifications generated by OTM continue to display the values in LB and CUFT.
