Timesheet not retaining project information for absence hours

Absence entries in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) are causing the associated timecard line to become read‑only in Production. As a result, employees cannot enter required Project, Task, and Expenditure Type details, forcing manual intervention by the OTL administrator.
