OTL - Newly created Time Layout set is not applied in Time entry screen (redwood)

Summary:

In my case, the newly configured layout is not applied to Timecards page

Steps -

(a) Configured Time and Labor Value Sets for Project and Tasks
(b) Configured Time Entry Layout Components - Created new components for Project and Task using filtered and non filtered value sets from (a), Updated Time Type component to add Expenditure types
(c) Created new Time Layout Set and attached the components from (b)
(d) Created new HCM Group and refreshed it.
(e) Created new Worker Time Processing Profile and assigned new HCM Group from (d)
(f) Created new Worker Time Entry Profile and assigned new Layout set from (c) and new HCM Group from (d)
