Resource Transaction status is pending even after completing the Operation in Work Order

Summary:

We are using clock in and clock out feature in Maintenance. We did clock in and complete the work order operation. It performs the resource transaction automatically.

Operation is completed but the resource transaction is not completed fully. System changes the resource transactions status to Completed only when the Open usage becomes 0.

But in real case, work order operation can be completed before the estimated usage hours also.
