How to maintain Expense Report Attendee and Organization List of Values

Summary: We are importing a large number of attendees and organizations into the HZ_PARTIES table for expense reporting in Oracle. When users create their own attendees, we have to periodically clean that data for duplicates, inaccurate info. This is for regulatory reporting requirements. There doesn't seem to be a way for us to manage the data that is in the HZ_PARTIES tables. I can run reports and see the data and there is even a Status field, but I see no way to edit or inactivate a record. Is there an FBDI import file we can use? We're importing via an API from our Veeva CRM tool, but that will only bring data from Veeva - not help us clean up manually created attendees within Oracle.
