guidance on the standard Oracle Cloud HCM configuration

We have the following shift and weekly-off requirements in our organization and would like guidance on the standard Oracle Cloud HCM configuration to achieve them:

General Shift: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
1st & 3rd Saturdays – Working
2nd & 4th Saturdays – Week Off
Night Shift (C Shift): 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
Employees do not have a fixed weekly off.
The weekly off can fall on any day of the week based on the roster/schedule.

Could you please advise on the standard Oracle Cloud HCM configuration for Work Schedules, Work Patterns, Shifts, and Weekly Offs to support both scenarios?

We would also appreciate guidance on the recommended approach for managing cross-midnight shifts (10:00 PM–6:00 AM) and dynamically assigned weekly offs for night-shift employees.
