Monthly Accrual on the 15th of the month

My team has received a request to set up a new monthly incremental absence plan, where employees would receive their accrual entitlement on the 15th of each month.

Since Oracle currently allows accruals to be processed only at the beginning or the end of a repeating period, and not in the middle of one, the only option I can think of to meet this requirement would be to configure monthly repeating periods that begin on the 15th of each month and end on the 14th of the following month.
